As an Education employee at Museum De Wieger, I set up drawing lessons in collaboration with Leef Deurne! We started in February 2020 and it was so much fun!Not one, but even two groups have started learning the basics of drawing, under the guidance of art teacher Pim Luijckx and illustrator Imke Meeusen. Together they teach the children more about the use of different pencils, they discuss shadow/light, depth, guide lines, but of course there are also animals, self-portraits and even cartoons. The children all receive their own drawing package, containing a set of pencils, an eraser, pencil sharpener, ruler and of course a drawing pad.Read the article from the Eindhovens Dagblad
