What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the country and the size/weight of your package. In the shopping cart, under ‘calculate shipping costs,’ you can select your country and the preferred shipping method. The shipping costs will automatically appear based on this information.
> Netherlands: Free shipping from €50 euros, shipped with PostNL.
> International orders: Free shipping from €100 euros, shipped via Deutsche Post.
What is the delivery time?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days (once payment is processed). You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is dispatched. If you have chosen a package with tracking, you will receive the tracking code in the shipping confirmation.
> Delivery time within the Netherlands: 1-3 business days
> Delivery time within Europe: 6 business days
> Delivery time outside Europe: 12 business days
How is my order packaged?
DOTSbyGemma packs all orders with joy and care. Every order is packaged like a gift (whether it’s for yourself or someone else, unwrapping a gift is always fun!). All orders are packed in a sturdy cardboard envelope to prevent bending and damage.
